Rondine Group unveils new porcelain tile technology
Entirely designed and industrialised in the Groups research laboratories, this production method is able to create porcelain tiles that are each unique in terms of aesthetic appearance and body colouring.
Synchronising a number of presses (Sincro Presses) makes it possible to create tiles with different structures, either eight in a 34x34 cm size or six in a 45.5x45.5 cm size.
The Sincro Presses are fed with mixtures of selected bodies which differ in terms of both mixing and colour.
Combined with the use of screen printing machines capable of producing 36 different graphic designs and distributing high-quality oxides, penetrating salts and dry powders in a totally random manner, this process is able to create totally unique textures, patterns and colours on each individual tile. This results in a highly effective natural stone effect.
