Rotocolor enters Algerian market

31/05/06 - Rotocolor technology has made its entry into the Algerian ceramic industry, which previously used exclusively flat decoration techniques.
Faiancerie Algerienne, one of the leading Algerian tile manufacturers, is installing sixteen Rotocolor units and one Laser Lab for roller engraving which will guarantee the company complete autonomy in managing the decoration department.
The supply contract will also include two sorting lines installed directly at the kiln exit, which have become necessary due to the considerable increase in production following the installation of two kilns with a capacity of 11,000 sq.m/day.

Faiancerie Algerienne’s example was recently followed by the Oran-based ceramic company Scat which installed four Rotocolor machines and a sorting line.
