Sacmi Open Day in Iran
Sacmi Heavy Clay has organised a special Open Day at Esfahan, Iran, in the heart of an industrial district strongly geared to heavy clay manufacturing.
On 17 May at Hotel Abbasi, Sacmi will present the Heavy Clay Division’s innovative plant engineering solutions to leading players and local manufacturers.
From high-efficiency tunnel kilns to new flat extrusion technology and advanced, automated handling systems, these innovative solutions may help local manufacturers to modernise and relaunch the Iranian construction industry.
Benefiting from many years of experience in the Iranian market, especially in the ceramic technology sector, the Group aims to further strengthen its presence in the region through this event.
Its importance will be underscored by the presence of officials and representatives of the Iranian Ministry of Industry and Mining, as well as researchers and lecturers from the Technical University of Teheran.
The advantages of the solutions proposed by Sacmi Heavy Clay include high levels of automation, lower labour costs, energy savings and reduced emissions. These aspects are the result of decades of investments and expertise in kiln development (Sacmi Forni) and in handling and process automation (Cosmec), making the Sacmi Group a key international player in the heavy clay sector.
