Sacmi supplies GA 2000 to Ceramica Esedra

As part of its investment programmes, the Civita Castellana based company Ceramica Esedra has adopted a new GA 2000 complete glazing plant from Gaiotto, a Sacmi group member company that produces highly automated glazing and painting plants. The new complete glazing plant is equipped with glazing booth, robot, mass control system for glaze delivery, a four-position turret and special in-out conveyors.

Previously limited to fine fire clay shower trays and vitreous china sanitaryware, the company will now be able to extend its vitreous china range of washbasins and WCs. Installed and started up in record time, the new plant is already operating at full capacity with an output of 400 pieces per shift.
