Save the date: The TecnAwards 2024 to be presented in Rimini on 25 September

26 important ceramic manufacturing companies from all over the world will receive the prestigious award.

The wait is over. The 28th edition of TECNA, the most important International Exhibition of Technologies and Supplies for Surfaces, will open tomorrow in Rimini. Once again, the Rimini exhibition centre will be the privileged meeting point for all suppliers of machinery, equipment and materials and the manufacturers of ceramic tiles, slabs, sanitaryware and building bricks from all over the world.

Beside the inaugural conference entitled “Wars, energy and the digital revolution: the challenges for manufacturing” (on 24 September at 2.30 p.m.), one of the most attended events of TECNA 2024 is the TecnAwards 2024 award ceremony, scheduled for Wednesday 25 September at 4:15 pm at the Innovation Arena, Hall D3.

The winners of this second edition of the TecnAwards will be 26 leading manufacturers of tiles, sanitaryware and bricks from all over the world. A very important winners’ list, which is the result of the nominations sent by the exhibitors of TECNA 2024, as recognition of the best technological investments made by their international customers.

In detail, the following awards will be presented:

• 4 Best Brick & Tile Manufacturer Awards, to companies operating in the United States, Colombia, Algeria and Italy.
   
• 3 Best Sanitaryware Manufacturer Awards, to two European multinational groups and one company from Asia.
   
• 7 Best New Ceramic Tile Plant Awards.
  The award will be presented to seven manufacturers coming from Egypt, Spain, Poland, the United States, Argentina, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.
   
• 7 Innovation & Sustainability Awards.
  The award will be presented to seven manufacturers coming from Egypt, Italy, the United States, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, India and Spain.

Moreover, 5 companies will be awarded with the Special Jury Prizes which are:

• the Partner Country Turkey Award, to be presented to three important Turkish ceramic companies;
   
• the Made in Italy Champion Award
   
• and the Best Product of the Year Award, assigned by the Italian Design Firms.
