Setec - Divisione Vicentini Tableware supplies equipment to Korosten Ceramic
The relaunch of the Vicentini brand name is proceeding well a year after its acquisition by Setec. Now called ‘Divisione Vicentini Tableware', the Vicenza-based division has supplied two automatic machines to the company Korosten Ceramic, located in the Zhitomir region in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian company's factory will be supplied with an ‘LPI-360/D' type automatic piece production line suitable for internal and external shaping of tableware on plaster moulds by means of a shaping unit with rotating heating calibre. The line consists of machines for batching, feeding, shaping, transfer, drying and finishing as well as auxiliary units for the automatic production of large articles such as bowls, salad bowls, plates, terrines, flowerpots, flowerpot saucers, etc.
A model FTV1180 single-head automatic line for the production of cups and saucers adapted to the production of cups and bowls using plaster moulds will also be installed. The maximum achievable dimensions for cups depend on their shape. The productivity of the line various according to the material, dimensions and shape of the articles and can reach a maximum of 840 pieces/h.
