SITI B&T Group steps up its international presence

The international growth of the SITI B&T Group of Formigine (Modena) continues. The new
SITI B&T Egypt sales subsidiary, based in Alklyobia, is the latest addition to the company's existing operations in Italy, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Russia and China and the offices opened more recently in India and Indonesia, countries in which, over the years, the Italian multinational has become one of the main operators. 

"The new Egyptian subsidiary - explains Valte Cappellini, Business Development Director - is only one step in a project which, in the long term, will see the opening of various offices all over the world. We have embarked on a programme of internationalisation which has so far produced successful results, but we are only at the beginning".

The latest initiatives include opening of the Italian group's new Eco Friendly Factory in China in the city of Gaoming. This is an innovative high energy efficiency plant dedicated to the production of made in Italy quality technologies which will guarantee a more efficient customer support service, thanks to its cutting-edge digital laboratory and strong synergy with the Engineering and Research & Development departments in Italy.

In 2013, the SITI-B&T Group recorded a turnover of 172 million euros, with an increase of 14% compared to 2012, with an export share above 80%.
