SITI-B&T selected by Borsa Italiana to meet international investors in London

Just over a year since listing on the AIM Italia stock market, SITI B&T Group took part in the "AIM Italian Conference 2017" held at the London Stock Exchange on 11 May. This was the first AIM Italia initiative held in London with the aim of presenting 8 top Italian companies, selected by Borsa Italiana based on their performance and standing, to international investors.

During the public session, Fabio Tarozzi, Chairman and CEO of SITI-B&T Group presented financial data and company structure and gave an overview of products. This was followed by special one-to-one meetings.

"It was a great honour and satisfaction for us to be amongst the eight selected Italian companies, and the only one based in the Emilia-Romagna region," commented Tarozzi. "We were equally pleased to observe the strong interest in Made in Italy shown by British investors, who we know are very demanding."

Tarozzi added that the stock market listing successfully completed last year will enable the Group to support its growth strategy by continuing the process of investment in innovation and new product development. SITI B&T Group reported double-digit growth in revenues and net profit in 2016. The value of production totalled 209 million euros, 14.3% up on 2015.
