SITI BT showcases new products at Tecnargilla, Cersaie and the bt-Space
Alongside Tecnargilla in Rimini and Cersaie in Bologna, from 24 to 28 September SITI BT Group is organising a side event for its customers in the new bt-Space in Fiorano Modenese.
The SITI BT stand at Tecnargilla is displaying innovative high-quality ceramic slabs produced using cutting-edge technologies for every stage of the production process. Digital decoration solutions from Projecta Engineering and finishing machines from Ancora give the finished product an outstanding level of aesthetic value.
The Formigine-based group is taking part in Cersaie through its partner Digital Design, which is exhibiting ceramic surfaces produced from its own graphic designs using all the group’s technologies.
For the entire week, SITI BT is also organising a side event in the Group’s communication venue bt-Space in Fiorano Modenese. Open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and connected logistically with both Bologna and Rimini, the event explores technological beauty with an exhibition of slabs produced using Supera® technology and with the contribution of expert architects and designers.
Visitors to the bt-Space can explore the technological showcase devoted to the entire ceramic slab and sanitaryware production process, including the new proposals from SITI BT, Ancora, Projecta Engineering and BT White.
“We have great expectations for these events, particularly as we’re presenting no fewer than 12 major process innovations,” commented Fabio Tarozzi, Chairman and CEO of SITI BT Group. “We’re certain that our participation will bring plenty of new contacts and opportunities. Our Group is growing thanks to the widest range of ceramic technologies currently available on world markets.”
The twelve technological innovations presented by SITI BT (already the owner of some 200 industrial patents) are the result of 7 million euros of investments in R&D and the work of an R&D team of more than 60 people.
Highlights include the new energy-saving and environmentally-friendly solutions for the production of large slabs, particularly the XL Titanium® Wave variable-roof kiln, the Titanium® Slab dual-channel kiln, the Easy Dry modular horizontal dryer and the Bbox XXL loading and unloading machine.
The latest frontier in digital decoration is the Innova® large size digital printer from Projecta Engineering, which completes the Full Digital Line, a modular line that also includes the Evo DryFix 2.0 printer for dry material applications. Equipped with a unique Industry 4.0 control centre, the Full Digital Line is designed with eco-friendly water-based ink technology.
For finishing operations, along with the PoliDry patented dry honing line, Ancora is also proposing Luxury, a high-quality surface treatment for honed products, and a 4.0 squaring machine equipped with automatic spindle advancement with laser detection of grinding wheel wear.
In the field of sanitaryware production, B&T White is presenting Maverick Evo, the latest technological evolution of multi-mould shaping.
Finally, SITI BT Group is maintaining its focus on Industry 4.0 principles with the new BT TUTOR complete plant supervision system.
