SITI-B&T supplies new line for ventilated facades in China

A production line for ventilated facades installed at ceramic company Ako Building, Zhejiang, China has been successfully tested and started up.

This major order required detailed analysis at the SITI-B&T Technological Centre as well as on-site support and personnel training for autonomous operation of the line.  
The production unit consists of a cutter, a five-channel horizontal dryer with 2850 mm infeed and a single-channel roller kiln (2350 mm and 133.20 metres length), equipped with heat recovery system to reduce energy consumption. The supply contract also includes the storage plant which serves the entire line.

The new line will produce 1,800 sq.m/day in a 300x1200 mm size and 1,600 sq.m/day in a 600x1200 mm size.
