Spanish company The Size renews its trust in LB

For the expansion of its manufacturing unit in Castellón, The Size has commissioned LB to supply a plant that will serve the third large-size ceramic panel line (System Lamina technology) and double the existing storage unit.

The new Easy Color Boost (ECB) colouring system will be installed on the technological tower body preparation line, complete with 4 oxide batching units for the preparation of dry coloured powders.

This new technology from LB marks a step forward in the dry colouring process and eliminates the defects in current systems through improved distribution of colouring oxide and greater homogenisation of the finished product, even when colouring with multiple pigments. All of this is achieved with rapid colour changes and without production queues.

The Size's third line will also be fitted with the Tecnoslab aesthetic kit, which marks a further step forward in the technological development of double-filling effects for large sizes.
