Success in Iran for Bongioanni Stampi

In September 2017 Bongioanni Stampi was one of the technology suppliers that contributed to the start-up of the new Ghaboos Ajor facility located in the north of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Bongioanni Stampi’s scope of supply included an extruder pressure head and the Beta Plus extrusion die for the production of 10-hole standard Iranian brick.

The pressure head, with differentiated conicity, is perfectly coupled to the extrusion die to ensure proper clay flow towards the two exits and thereby optimise extruded product quality.

The Beta Plus extrusion die has an external braking system and is made from latest-generation anti-wear materials that assure consistent and long-lasting efficiency while maintaining the shape and weight of the extruded finished product.
