Surfaces Technological Abrasives reports growth
Surfaces Technological Abrasives, an Italian company that produces abrasives for the treatment of ceramic surfaces, reported a 25% increase in sales in 2011 and 2012. The company's success is based on a combination of extremely high-quality raw materials and a continuous search for new technology. It focuses on the use of crystalline (non-amorphous) resins, diamond powders with a super-controlled particle size and substrates that are designed, produced and assembled in Italy.
As a result, its fickert tools, sector disks and Surfaces range abrasives are ideal for applications requiring high quality, aesthetic impact and savings in terms of processing times. As part of its development plans, Surfaces Technological Abrasives recently set up a new Brazilian branch called Surfaces Brasil in Criciuma, state of Santa Caterina. The branch will be officially presented at Expo Revestir 2013 (Sao Paulo) where the company will have its own stand.
