Tecauma prepares for Batimatec
Tecauma is preparing to meet its customers at the major construction show Batimatec to be held in Algiers from 3 to 7 May, where it will have a booth inside the French Pavilion.
The company is very active in Maghreb, especially in Algeria where it has installed no fewer than 11 brick packaging machines since 2012, while a further 3 are currently at the assembly stage.
Tecauma offers a wide range of handling and packaging equipment for the brick and tile industry tailored to customers’ specific requirements. The packaging machinery with the highest productivity has a capacity of 60 kiln cars/day in two shifts and includes two layer preparation lines and a brick packing machine with four grippers. Another version has a capacity of 45 kiln cars/day in two shifts, with one single layer preparation line and a brick packing machine with two grippers. Finally, for medium levels of productivity Tecauma offers a line with a capacity of 35 kiln cars/day with a single-gripper brick packing machine in which the brick packs are picked up by a forklift truck at the end of the line.
In one of its latest commissions in Algeria, Tecauma replaced the cutting line and dryer loader for brick manufacturer Mansouri (Batna), and is currently replacing the customer’s old brick packing machine. For Ouled Nail (Biskra), Tecauma replaced the dryer exit. Thanks to the new-generation drives, all systems deliver higher performance and lower energy consumption.
Tecauma’s excellent market performance owes much to its effective after-sales service, which offers maintenance contracts including regular visits of technicians as well as the supply of spare parts with rapid timeframes and competitive costs.
