State of the art and evolution are the key words of Tecna 2022, the leading international exhibition of technologies and supplies for the surfaces industry organised by Italian Exhibition Group in collaboration with ACIMAC.
Held from 27 to 30 September 2022 in the Rimini Expo Centre, the exhibition will showcase the latest production technologies, offer previews of aesthetic and design trends, and explore new ideas and developments for the future of industrial production.
The focus areas will be expanded thanks to a new exhibition layout located in the eastern area of the Expo Centre which will allow visitors and exhibitors to enter from both the south and east entrances.
One of the new features to be unveiled in 2022 is Tecna Future Lab, a new exhibition area and a laboratory of ideas that aims to bring together the latest innovations and trends in the field of Industry 4.0 and to ensure continuity with the process of innovation undertaken by the manufacturing industry.
This special project will explore the process of evolution through the themes of Industrial IoT (Internet of Things), Artificial Intelligence, Additive Manufacturing, Cyber Security and Servitization, as well as an area devoted to start-ups.
Tecna’s programme of events is also being finalised and will focus on sustainability and Research & Development. The technology conference entitled Sustainability in Ceramics will address one of the trend topics for both the ceramic and the ceramic machinery industries, which are redefining their processes and objectives in the light of the current national and international geopolitical context. An initiative entitled Decorative Surface Event devoted to technologies for non-ceramic surfaces will be organised as part of Tecna’s new inclusive format aimed at showcasing state-of-the-art solutions for the production of all types of surfaces and materials.
The latest products and ideas presented during the four days of the show will be analysed at a new event exploring new technological and aesthetic trends.
These new events and features of Tecna - How To Make It will further strengthen the show’s role as a global hub of technology and innovation and reaffirm its focus on international business.
