Tile Edizioni launches on tablet and smartphone
With the slogan “Keep app-to-date” Tile Edizioni is embracing new forms of communication made possible by advances in technology and as of September is making all its magazines available on tablets (iPad and Android) and the corresponding smartphones. The new initiative meets the growing demand for mobility and marks yet another step forward in our constant efforts to provide tools and services for our readers and advertisers that keep pace with the rapid advances in multimedia information.
The app can be downloaded free of charge and offers numerous advantages, including access to multimedia content not available in the printed versions of the magazines and the possibility of consulting previously downloaded issues in pdf format at any time, including back issues from January 2011 onwards.
Each issue will be ready to download onto iPad and Android before the paper versions are printed. Not only will they be browsable, it will also be possible to select contents directly from the navigation bar.
Companies seeking new channels of communication will be able to link advertorials and adverts to their websites and add videos, catalogues, photo galleries and slide shows, technical focus sections, e-mail information request forms and sponsorship banners.
From printed media and the web we have now evolved to tablets, which we are sure will enjoy the same remarkable success.
