Venesta is the first company sold by American Standard Bath & Kitchen

24/04/07 - American Standard, world leader in the ceramic sanitaryware sector, has announced at the start of 2007 the intention to break up the three divisions of activity and to sell the Bath & Kitchen division by the start of the Autumn.

The first move concerned Venesta, an English company active in the production of bathroom systems for commercial buildings.

The Bath & Kitchen division closed 2006 with a turnover of 2.4 billion dollars, of which 54% made in Europe, 28% in America and 8% in Asia.
