Zschimmer & Schwarz acquires T.E.M.A. Colormix division

In keeping with its strategic expansion programme, the German multinational chemicals manufacturer Zschimmer & Schwarz recently acquired Colormix, a division of the Italian firm T.E.M.A. Spa based in Castelnuovo Rangone (province of Modena).
Colormix is one of the most interesting players in the field of colour matching and integrated colour management solutions.

The acquisition was firmed up in September through ZS TECH S.r.l, a company that is majority owned by Zschimmer & Schwarz, and includes the transfer of specialist personnel and all commercial relationships. It further strengthens the position of Zschimmer & Schwarz in the international ceramic sector.
