End of line solution from Surface Inspection
Developed in collaboration with Errece of Spain, the Selectmaster incorporates the well-proven Flawmaster automatic tile inspection machine to provide a complete end of line solution.
The Selectmaster uses a device net (universal communication bus) to give faster operation and to reduce wiring complexity. All the motors are AC asynchronous units with built-in inverters. This means that tiles are positioned very precisely and, in the event of a power failure, the position of the stacks is memorised; it is not necessary to drop all the partially filled stacks on resumption of power.
To keep spares costs low and downtime short, replacement motor units are readily available worldwide through local stockists.
Access to the Selectmaster reports is fast and simple via any web connection. Working on a double chain principle with each stack allocated to a particular quality, it is impossible to saturate the Selectmaster.
The Selectmaster includes a tile stack splitter and a packing/wrapping unit as standard equipment. It is suitable for use on tiles from 150x150 mm to 600x1200 mm and a maximum line speed of 45 m/min.
