Ecoforce 3000, Tecforce 3000 and Unwrap are the new product lines that Ferrari & Cigarini is launching onto the ceramic tile manufacturing market in order to alleviate the strenuous physical work operators have to do when manually loading and unloading tile processing machinery. These new robotised systems are the result of two years of design and construction work and were conceived in cooperation with ceramic companies and workshops that perform operations of cutting, polishing and squaring on a commission basis.



Ecoforce 3000 is a robotised island for removing boxes of tiles from pallets. The plant comes complete with a system for cutting the straps that keep the packs tied together, removing the cardboard sheet between layers in the boxes, and finally removing the empty pallet.



The Unwrap automatic unwrapping machine is a useful and safe machine for removing wraps and trays from packs of tiles with a high degree of productivity. Simple for performing size change operations, in particular it facilitates the automatic elimination of boxes, which at the end of the cycle are pressed into cardboard bales ready for disposal. .



Tecforce3000 is a palletiser robot that has the advantage of being able to operate in very confined spaces. The robot consists of a box pick-up gripper, suction cups for the interleaf and empty pallet collection device. It has a production capacity of more than 7 cycles/minute and is able to optimise trajectory movements.
