MTP F 500/700 Ferrari & Cigarini

MTP F 500/700 Ferrari & Cigarini22 November 2002 - Ferrari & Cigarini is presenting its new MTP F 500/700, a machine developed for diamond disk cutting of particularly tough materials. In the established FeC tradition, much importance has been attached to rugged construction, so extensive use has been made of large-thickness metal structural work. In the MPT range, model F, the tool cooling water collection tank comprises the basic framework, a solution that facilitates machine cleaning and keeps down noise.
Particular attention has been focused on the components and accessories, which have to withstand a hostile working environment over a long period of time. As a result, the machine has a long lifetime and maintenance is limited to wear components. MTP F is the only machine that has two hyperstatic hinge type constraints to support the disk-holding shaft. Tools are not required to replace the cutting disks and all the operator has to do is slacken the support clamping lever by hand.
The safety guarding consists of sound-absorbing materials which considerably reduce acoustic emissions. The operator interface comprises a control panel installed on board the machine. The technical characteristics of the MTP F 500/700 make it particularly suitable for two-row cuts with extremely high output.
