Colorobbia appoints new general manager of its "Glaze & Colour" division

Elia Bitossi, formerly CEO of Colorobbia Brasil, has been named general manager of Gruppo Colorobbia’s “Glaze & Colour” division

Elia Bitossi was recently appointed General Manager of Gruppo Colorobbia’s “Glaze & Colour” division. Born in 1978, he holds a degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Florence and a Masters in Administration and Finance from New York University.

Bitossi began his twenty-year career with Gruppo Colorobbia working at the Italian and Spanish branches, before moving to Colorobbia Brasil in 2003. He remained there until the present day, holding various positions in industry, sales and marketing before being appointed CEO in 2010.

In his new role at the head of the Group’s entire “Glaze & Colour” division, which operates across 18 countries, Elia Bitossi will manage the production and sales sites and guide the company in its process of sustainable growth in the digital age, including internationalisation of the ceramics, tableware and glass businesses and diversification into new market segments.

He will also be responsible for helping the fourth generation of the Bitossi family, who are already working at the company, to take on future leadership roles within the group.
