Eurocer’s second acquisition is in Italy
Through its Italian subsidiary Ferro Italy Specialities, Eurocer (Xphere Group) has acquired the assets and ceramic business of Vibrantz Italia of Fiorano Modenese.
Eurocer Global Investments, a subsidiary of the Indian Xphere Global Group, successfully concluded its second transaction in Europe in October, acquiring the assets and ceramic business of Vibrantz Italia (formerly Ferro) through its Italian subsidiary Ferro Italy Specialities Srl.
The deal comes six months after an agreement with Vibrantz to acquire the Coverlink plant in Onda, Spain and the licence to use the Ferro brand name in the ceramic tile and sanitaryware sectors worldwide.
In particular, Ferro Italy Specialities has acquired the production plant and warehouse at the Fiorano Modenese factory, which is primarily dedicated to the production of ceramic pigments, integrating the entire workforce of approximately twenty employees.
“This acquisition represents a significant step forward in our growth journey, solidifying our presence in both the Italian and European markets,” explains Eurocer’s management. “By integrating the expertise and legacy of Vibrantz Italia (formerly Ferro) with our own resources and vision, Eurocer will be able to enhance its operational capabilities, expand its product offerings and deliver greater value to clients and partners. This merger brings together a wealth of industry knowledge and innovative potential that will enable us to create even more impactful solutions for the ceramic market.”
