Through its Italian subsidiary Ferro Italy Specialities, Eurocer (Xphere Group) has acquired the assets and ceramic business of Vibrantz Italia of Fiorano Modenese.

The closing of the transaction is expected by the summer. With the acquisition of Ferro’s Tile Coatings Business, Esmalglass will become the world leader in the ceramic glazes, inks and colours sector.

Ferro is presenting two new ranges of water- based inks that stand out for their improved emissions performance (including odorous emissions) during combustion: DG Inks - Decoration & Glazed Inks HPLUS).
