Netzsch-Condux changes its name to Netzsch Trockenmahltechnik
Netzsch Condux Mahltechnik, part of the Grinding & Dispersing business unit of Germany-based Netzsch Group (a leading supplier of fine grinding systems), changed its name to Netzsch Trockenmahltechnik as of 1 July this year.
The change in name highlights the company's specialisation in the segment of dry grinding (Trockenmahltechnik in German) and classification technologies, as opposed to the activities of the group's other companies: Netzsch-Feinmahltechnik, which specialises in wet grinding, Netzsch Lohnmahltechnik (contract milling services) and Netzsch Vakumix (homogenisation systems).
Netzsch Trockenmahltechnik is headquartered in Hanau, Germany, where it produces a wide range of dry grinding systems and also has its administration offices, R&D department, laboratory and technical centre where detailed machinery testing is performed according to customers' specific requests.
The product range continues to reflect the slogan introduced in 2009 ("a quantum leap in finest grinding") and includes dry grinding systems that use overheated steam, or more precisely the s-Jet® jet mill system based on this technology. This is the first dry grinding system on the market to achieve precise grinding fines in the submicron- and nano-scale range.
