Poppi Clementino celebrates 40-year milestone

The Reggio Emilia-based company is an established leader in energy recovery, filtration and water treatment technologies in Italy and abroad.

2026 marks a major milestone for Reggio Emilia-based company Poppi Clementino SpA, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year. Founded in 1986 and currently led by Carlo Alberto Poppi, the company has developed in step with the Italian ceramic industry, establishing itself as a leading specialist in energy recovery, flue gas filtration and water treatment. Driven by a commitment to quality and reliability, the company’s steady growth in the Italian market was quickly followed by significant success abroad, where it has become a strategic partner to several major ceramic manufacturers.

Over the years, Poppi Clementino has expanded its range of technological solutions to other industrial sectors, from glass and raw materials to rubber and plastics. Notably, the company has strengthened its pneumatic conveying division, integrating it into an increasingly bespoke and turnkey service offering. This evolution directly addresses the needs of an industry striving for greater plant efficiency and a reduced environmental footprint.

2026 will also be a busy year in terms of participation in trade fairs, which are vital opportunities for the company to engage with the market and anticipate emerging needs. Ahead of the ceramic industry’s flagship event – Tecna 2026 in September in Rimini – Poppi Clementino will be exhibiting at Plast in Milan in June.
