SITI B&T Group opens new branch in Russia

The new facility, complete with dedicated parts warehouse, complements the group’s Moscow branch office which has been running for several years

With the aim of expanding its presence in a major market for the ceramic industry, SITI B&T Group has opened a new Russian branch which will be provide all-round customer service.

The facility, complete with dedicated parts warehouse, will complement and strengthen the Moscow branch office which has been operating for several years, and will offer high-quality 24-hour technical after-sales support with much shorter response times.

The operation is part of the Italian group’s strategy aimed at expanding its international network with a direct presence in key world markets.

In Russia, SITI B&T Group has already installed several dozen fully-operational complete plants, as well as numerous machines built and installed in the last ten years.
