The ceramic kiln roller manufacturer has opened its own warehouse in Newport, Delaware, from where it will manage sales and supplies to US customers.

Last year, Diamorph Hob Certec became Europe’s largest producer of alumina refractory rollers in terms of both quantity and turnover. Read the interview with Jan Roubal, CEO of the Czech company.

The new hi-tech roller combines shock resistance and flexural strength to guarantee a high level of flatness and a reduction in defects and deformations in the firing of tiles and high thickness slabs.

The Czech roller manufacturer has also embarked on a capacity expansion project scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2022

The well-known Czech ceramic roller manufacturer is aiming to further increase turnover in 2021 through continuous investments and the development of new hyper-technical products.

From 20 to 24 July, FCRI participated in the Uniceramics Expo in Foshan, where it presented its range of refractory rollers for ceramic kilns, as well as alumina products, raw materials and accessories.

The company is developing new GF99 ceramic rollers for large surfaces and QF99 rollers with low absorption and high bending and wear resistance

Ahead of its 25th anniversary, Diamorph Hob Certec report a strong performance in 2019 with a repeat of the record turnover of 2018. 

The new kiln is the only one in the world designed to fire rollers up to 8 metres in length.

A new kiln producing up to 400,000 Hyperoll XXL range rollers/year is expected to start up by the end of the year.

By the summer 2017, the well known manufacturer of refractory rollers will be starting up an exceptionally large new-generation kiln capable of producing up to 400,000 rollers/year with energy savings of 35%.

Diamorph Hob CerTec, owned since 2011 by Diamorph Bearing, closed 2014 with a 5% increase in sales and 10% growth in EBIT.
