Thanks to the acquisition of Ideal Standard, the German group posted revenues exceeding €1 billion in the first nine months of the year for the first time ever.
The company recently completed final testing of a complete WC casting cell consisting of two AVM high pressure casting machines at its Hungarian facility.
In the light of the strong business growth in the first nine months of the year and the higher level of orders on hand, the Mettlach-based group has confirmed its revenue and profit growth forecasts for the full year 2022.
In the first nine months of 2021, the German group’s consolidated revenue reached €684.5 million, up 24.7% on 2020. Forecasts for the end-of-year 2021 results are for €920 million
The German group posted revenue of 853.1 million euros (+2%) and 7.6% growth in EBIT. The Bathroom and Wellness division performed strongly while the Tableware division saw a decline.
As of 2018, Villeroy & Boch will cease collaborating with TOTO and shift to direct distribution in North America. The group is planning to invest US $20 million in its Mexican factory.
The German group has posted growth in consolidated revenue and EBIT both in 2016 and in the first quarter of 2017. In 2017 it aims to increase revenue by 3-5% and EBIT by between 5% and 10%.
Kale Group, Villeroy & Boch and Gloria Ceramics have confirmed the validity of the Kryo system from Smac and have expanded their existing machinery with new installations.
