Acimac Research Dept. updates the yearly analysis of the world ceramic sanitaryware imports/exports flows. Following a two-year period of total stability, sanitaryware exports resumed their upward trend in 2017 reaching 3.1 million tonnes, with a 5.4% growth compared to 2016.

According to data processed by ACIMAC Research Dept., world sanitaryware production has grown by 61.3% from 216.6 to 349.3 million pieces over the decade 2004-2014, corresponding to a compound annual growth rate of 4.9%.
