Siderurgica Scopetti: Tes Evo 997

Following the introduction of new European Safety Standards for ceramic sanitaryware production, Siderurgica Scopetti has designed and built Tes Evo 997, a machine capable of performing all the principal tests specified by the UNI EN 997 standard. Test Evo 997 has very compact dimensions (height 2650 cm, width 1600 cm, length 2000 cm) and it can be modified and equipped according to the customer’s requirements.
The Test Evo 997 machine can perform essential tests such as: flush test; vacuum leak test; load testing up to 400 kg; static breaking test up to 1000 kg; static load test on shower trays. All tests are recorded by a software program incorporated into the machine, which at the end of every test cycle prints a report indicating the date, time and result of the test. This report is an official document certifying the proper functioning of the pieces.
The Test Evo 997 machine is built entirely from certified structural aluminium and is equipped with all safety devices required by applicable safety legislation to ensure operator safety.
