TECNARGILLA 2004: Ehinger Impianti

Ehinger Impianti is presenting a new series of air classifiers for ultra fine powders named SEV-DS-UF, characterised by a very high cut-off efficiency at 4-5 μ (as well as at much lower values). The most important result of this new technology is the cost reduction of ultra fine powders.

The grain size distribution of finished products can be modified through different configurations of this new kind of machine. Machines with ceramic or steel lining are available.

The range of input capacity may vary from a few tens of kg/h up to 8 t/h. Even highly abrasive powders can be classified with this new technology. SEV-DS-UF air classifiers are used mainly for the production of high-standard ceramic materials, as well as metallic or non-metallic pigments. This new classification technology can be tested in the Ehinger Impianti Technology Unit in Locate Triulzi (Milan).
