Assoprint secures two orders in Egypt
Assoprint, a division of SRS S.p.A., is consolidating its presence in the Egyptian market through two major supply agreements with Varsina Ceramic and Art Ceramic.
The Varsina Ceramic factory will soon commence use of the brand new Revolab T24 colour matching system. Although designed for laboratory use, the system's flexibility and scope for expansion enable it to be easily adapted to operation in ceramic factories without excessively high output (up to 15,000 sq.m/day). The Revolab is able to operate without pipes or pumps, eliminating all problems of sedimentation and precipitation while maintaining the typical characteristics of systems based on recycling and/or agitation of dispersions of colours and bases.
The facility of Art Ceramic, a new company set up by one of the shareholders of the well-known ceramic producer Alfa and located in the industrial area of 6th of October, will install another latest-generation machine also created by Assoprint: the fully-automated Colordrop colour matching system. The plant is capable of batching screen printing pastes to cover a surface area of up to 50,000 sq.m per day and to operate in real time using colours in stock, thereby eliminating wastage of time and product as well as optimising the colour mix and allowing for rapid development of new colours.
