The Portuguese tile manufacturer Revigrés has adopted the patented dry colouring solution for the expansion of its plant in Barrô.

This large-format production line feed project emphasizes optimizing management by combining operational efficiency with reducing environmental impact.
CHUMILLAS TECHNOLOGY has been tasked with developing and executing a customized solution that incorporates Just In Time principles, notable for enhancing the production circuit and implementing an advanced technological tower. The COLORJET20 system, a patented technology for full-body dry colouring, is a central part of this expansion. This innovation enables more efficient colour mixing, eliminates the need for intermediate storage, and optimizes resource use.
Additionally, the installation is complemented by SCADA control systems and Industry 4.0 technologies, facilitating automated management and monitoring of the production process. This approach has not only improved energy efficiency, reducing operating costs by up to 50%, but has also increased the productive capacity and versatility of Revigrés.
