COLLECTIO returns for its third edition in Bangkok: “Beyond the Surface: Where Ceramics Meets the Future”

Colorobbia has chosen Thailand as the venue for this year’s event, to be held on 17-18 July.

Bangkok is the venue chosen for the third edition of COLLECTIO, the international event organised by Colorobbia, following the success of the previous editions held in Vietnam in 2023 and Indonesia in 2024.

Staying true to its travelling format focused on key Far East markets, the Italian ceramic colour and glaze multinational will once again offer local ceramic manufacturers a chance to discover the latest Italian innovations in products, technologies, applications, design and trends. As at the previous editions, Colorobbia will be joined by leading Italian machinery manufacturers and design specialists, including: Air Power, Cimes, Digital Design, Durst, Fabbrica del Sale, Gruppo B&T, Industrie Bitossi, Inter Ser, Intesa, Inkside, Lamberti, Nitida, Origostyle, Poppi Clementino, Projecta, Sacmi, SMAC, Smaltochimica, System Ceramics, Tecnoferrari, Tecnodiamant and Z&S Ceramco.

Entitled “Beyond the Surface: Where Ceramics Meets the Future”, the 2025 edition of COLLECTIO will take place on 17 and 18 July at the exclusive St. Regis Hotel in Bangkok.

This year’s event reaffirms COLLECTIO’s role as a high-profile exhibition and training seminar, offering valuable content, practical tools and strategic insights to professionals keen to stay competitive in a constantly evolving market.

The morning sessions will feature technical presentations on the latest innovations, with contributions from international experts and key players in the global ceramic industry. In the afternoons, speakers and participating customers will meet for personalised one-to-one discussions.

The 2025 programme will also feature a special guest, who will offer cross-disciplinary insights into design, branding, product development and entrepreneurship as well as a fresh perspective on how to tackle future challenges with a contemporary and integrated vision.

To round off the experience, a gala evening open to all participants will provide an informal networking opportunity and a moment to celebrate the COLLECTIO community in one of Bangkok’s most prestigious settings.

Following the presence of 200-plus attendees in 2024, this year’s edition is expected to draw an even larger number of participants, including ceramic industry professionals and executives from Thailand itself as well as from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan R.O.C., Myanmar and Vietnam.

This strong international turnout confirms COLLECTIO’s appeal as a unique platform created to support, promote and showcase Italian ceramic excellence, from manufacturing and design to scientific and technological innovation.

In today’s increasingly competitive global landscape, forging strong networks is the key to building a bright future.
