"Competitiveness and credit markets beyond the crisis": reflections at Cersaie
“Competitiveness and credit markets beyond the crisis” is the title of the opening conference of Cersaie 2009, to be held on Tuesday 29 September at 11.00 a.m. in Sala Europa, Palazzo dei Congressi in Bologna. The event, which opens the packed programme of institutional meetings at Cersaie 2009, is promoted by Confindustria Ceramica and organised by Edi.Cer Spa. It will host authoritative figures from the worlds of business and the institutions, who will discuss the most pressing requirements of our country’s manufacturing, economic and financial systems and will seek to identify areas where concrete measures can be adopted for overcoming the crisis.
Following the introductory address given by Fabio Roversi Monaco, Chairman of Bologna Fiere, journalist Maurizio Beretta will introduce the speakers at the conference: Adolfo Urso, Deputy Minister for Economic Development, Vasco Errani, President of Regione Emilia Romagna, Roberto Nicastro, Deputy CEO UniCredit Group, and Franco Manfredini, Chairman of Confindustria Ceramica.
The conference will focus on the theme of credit for businesses as well as other primary needs of the Italian industrial and manufacturing sector: an effective energy policy, concrete protection of Italian products, the need to revitalise industry as a whole through targeted actions at an institutional level to support the local economic and production districts.
