Elema and Inter Ser join forces to market Evolution Clean
Inter Ser, a leading supplier of spare parts and accessories for the ceramic industry, has joined forces with Elema to market Evolution Clean, the digital printhead cleaning machine built by Elema, in South America and Mexico.
Innovative, versatile and simple to use, the patent-pending Evolution Clean system was selected for inclusion in the Inter Ser catalogue for its build quality on the basis of a series of tests that demonstrated its ability to optimise cleaning times and to cut costs.
Elema, a company specialising in automation electronics, set up an R&D department in 2014 and is now establishing itself in the field of automated systems for digital lines. Evolution Clean has already been installed in Colombia and Argentina with the support of Inter Ser, and a number of other ceramic companies are considering adopting the system following successful testing with their own printheads at the Elema factory.
The new partnership between the two companies has got off to an excellent start and will cover all Elema's future products as well as the service of repairing and procuring out-of-production components to ensure production continuity and cost savings for the ceramic industry.
