I.C.F. & Welko supplies new porcelain tile plant in Bangladesh
Sanita Ceramics Pvt Ltd, a leading Bangladeshi sanitaryware manufacturer, has chosen the Italian company I.C.F. & Welko to supply a complete plant to begin production of large-format porcelain tiles.
The new and completely automated plant has a production capacity of 7,500 sq.m/day and is equipped with the best spray-dried and colour powder preparation systems as well as WK2 4800 presses, five-channel horizontal dryers, high-efficiency WFR roller kilns with low energy consumption, digital printers on the glazing lines, storage units and a sorting line.
The thermal machines will run on coal gas.
The product finishing operations include honing and polishing.
