Incepa chooses LB technological tower and aesthetic effects
In the early months of 2014, LB Officine Meccaniche has signed an important agreement with the Brazilian ceramic tile manufacturer Incepa (Roca Group).
The Italian company will supply a technological tower, equipped with the Easy Color System dry coloring of ceramic bodies (LB patent No. 0916462) and a series of mixing, micronization and dosage systems, as well as the powder transport and storage systems, to be installed before the tower, and a Multiroll system to create superior aesthetic effects by using micronized powders.
The LB plant will be installed in the factory located in Campo Largo, Curitiba, and will serve a new production line for large format technical porcelain tiles. The start up is expected by the end of 2014.
In the future, it will be possible to add further different systems to expand the aesthetic potentials of the line.
