KaleSeramik upgrades its sorting lines with System technology

KaleSeramik, Turkey’s largest ceramic tile producer and a major international player, has upgraded four entire end-of-line departments with latest-generation System technology based on modern principles of human-machine interaction.

The investment involved four new sorting lines at three facilities located in Çan, two of which began operation in April 2018.

The supplied equipment includes a Multigecko system for rapid tile sorting (suitable for large-size products), a BS08 packaging machine and a Griffon palletiser. KaleSeramik also chose the highly innovative Multipack packaging technology due to its significant savings in terms of cardboard.

The company led by President and CEO Zeynep Bodur Okyay completed its investments in end-of-line technology with a new Creadigit XLE inkjet printing line.
