Luca Bazzani describes System Ceramics’ new technologies aimed at the highest sustainability and digitalization.

The operation announced on 31 July last year was concluded on 14 January. Coesia has acquired 60% of System’s ceramics business through the new company System Ceramics.

Amongst the flagship machinery manufactured by System Ceramics are the quality control and packaging automations, such as Qualitron XXL and Multiflex.

The equipment supplied by System for the factory in Onda includes a number of Creadigit units for single-pass inkjet printing.

Installed in the factory in Sadat City, Cairo, the Creadigit XXL HS printer creates sophisticated graphic effects on products produced by Gemma.

The end-of-line stage of the factory in Onda (Castellón) has been equipped with latest-generation technology for the production of large-size porcelain tiles.

Packaging line with a high level of cardboard savings, ideal for sizes up to 120x180 cm.

The competition that rewards innovative projects, the result of the latest research into materials, applications and surface decorations this year hinges on the theme of “The three dimensions”.

Numerous Creadigit units are in operation at the facility in Chilces. Multigecko, BS08 and Falcon end-of-line solutions have also been supplied.

Franco Stefani will maintain a 40% stake in the new company System Ceramics and will stay on as Chairman. The closing of the transaction is expected to occur by the end of the year.

System digital printers and automation have been installed at the MCM Group’s new facility which began operation in Izmir in April.

The Lamgea 22000t press and the Creadigit systems are the key technologies adopted in the Indian group’s new facility.

The LAMGEA system involves laying powder directly on the belt without special trolleys (single and multi-load) making the pressing process even easier. Watch the video. 

Faboce has chosen System technology for digital decoration, handling and packaging of full-body and glazed porcelain tiles in sizes up to 120x120 cm.

System Group expects to close fiscal 2017 with 23% growth in consolidated revenues. All divisions have performed strongly.
