The LB Group completes its governance structure and celebrates the 40th anniversary of Sermat
Gianni Dini, already CEO of LB Officine Meccaniche since 5 May, has also been appointed to lead the subsidiaries Sermat and Sitec.
The Fiorano Modenese-based group LB recently completed its governance structure with the appointment of Gianni Dini as Chairman and CEO of Sermat and CEO of Sitec.
The change in top management at Sermat coincides with the company's celebrations for its first 40 years of activity in the design and manufacture of plant and machinery for processing granular and powdered raw materials.
The company has also drawn up its business development plan which takes into account current market needs and will focus on reviving the activity of reconditioning plant and machinery for the ceramic industry.
The aim is to rationalise and optimise costs while offering companies the opportunity to convert and refurbish their machinery in the shortest possible time and with significant cost savings. Alongside the new CEO, Sitec has reappointed Valeriano Mucci in his long-standing role as chairman. The company's mission also remains unchanged: to create ceramic plants with a high level of engineering and technology, built to strict technical and quality standards with design and construction characteristics that guarantee maximum flexibility and productivity, but also care for the environment and reduced energy consumption.
