One of these is the new Stand-alone Ventilating Cone, an innovative high-efficiency, low-consumption solution for the sanitaryware industry that can be positioned anywhere within the static cells at any time without imposing constraints on the dryer structure. Based on the company’s cutting-edge technology and many years of experience in the brick industry, the system has an installed power of just 2.2 kW, far lower than a standard axial or centrifugal fan normally positioned above the dryers. The low power consumption is down to the cone’s aerodynamic design and the direct air path free from external ducting and the consequent bends and cross-sectional changes that typically cause power losses.
Other highlights will include the automation, dryers and brick firing solutions that have made up Marcheluzzo’s core business for more than 50 years, a complete range of offerings that can be adapted and tailored to customers’ specific needs.
“We are ready for this important appointment with innovation and are certain that we will deliver added value,” says CEO Paolo Marcheluzzo. “Tecna is an important opportunity for us to tell our story and present our solutions, which are capable of fulfilling complex orders with the guarantee of Italian quality.”
