New Molomax mill supplied to Aracemco
The long-established Egyptian group Aracemco has increased the production capacity of its raw materials preparation department with the installation of a Molomax 6/230 pendular mill from Manfredini & Schianchi.
This order marks another step forward in the diffusion of dry preparation technology in the Egyptian ceramic industry and further strengthens the technological partnership between the two companies.
Manfredini & Schianchi and Aracemco have been collaborating since 2013 when the first raw materials dry preparation plant was installed in the Egyptian factory.
In the five years that have gone by since then, the company has achieved all its targets in terms of increased first choice percentage, energy savings, use of locally-sourced raw materials and waste recycling. At the same time the considerable growth in sales has allowed for an extremely short investment payback time.
