SITI-B&T Group-Projecta Engineering technology in Russia
Projecta Engineering has undertaken an important transaction on the Russian marketplace. The company from Fiorano has indeed signed four contracts with Marazzi for the factories of the OAO KM Group in Russia.
The supplies involved concern the installation of four new glazing lines to produce porcelain stoneware and double-fired tiles; two lines will be installed in the factory of Welor Bico 6 to produce double-fired tiles, for a maximum size of 300x900mm, which will be delivered by mid March 2013. The other two lines for the production of glazed porcelain stoneware, for sizes up to 660x980 mm, will be delivered by the 15th April 2013 and will be installed in the factory of Gres Welor 2.
The four lines integrate the 13 glazing lines already installed and perfectly up and running in the factories of Orel and Malino.
In addition, two new digital decorating machines of the EVOLVE range will also be supplied; one is already being installed in the factory of Gres Welor 1 of Orel and should be started-up at the beginning of November, while the second machine will be installed in the factory of Malino and should be delivered by the beginning of December 2012; they are two Evoseven 70/6 machines with six colour bars and ten printing/colour heads for a printing face of 700 mm. Both machines will be used in the production of glazed porcelain stoneware, for a maximum size of 600x900mm.
