Siti-B&T Group supplies a complete plant to Thailand

Siti-B&T Group has secured a contract with the Thailand-based Siam Cement Group Industries, the world's largest ceramic manufacturer, to supply a complete line for the production of red body single-fired floor tiles with a total daily production of 9,500 sq.m.

The supply package consists of three 2000/1750 hydraulic presses complete with loading cars, a 4-deck dryer, three tunnel dryers, a single-channel roller kiln of length 108.78 metres and a 2850 mm infeed complete with energy recovery systems developed by Siti-B&T to optimise fuel consumption. The end-of-line section is completed by two sorting lines and a palletiser. The plant also features loading and unloading storage machines and laser-guided vehicles.
