Spares & Service focuses on Latin America

Fiorano Modenese-based company Spares & Service has been supplying spare parts and accessories to the ceramic industry since 1999 with a longstanding focus on the markets of the Far East and Middle East, and is now looking to South America to boost the company's growth.

2015 saw a sharp rise in sales in Mexico, where the company began cooperation with a new distributor, as well as in Ecuador and Bolivia. To promote greater penetration of the Mercosur region, Spares & Service is planning significant commercial investments. This includes the search for a local partner with which to organise a distribution and technical assistance centre to support the South American ceramic industry.

In 2016 Spares & Service is aiming to achieve around 10% further revenue growth following recent investments to increase its warehouse stock and expand its product range (including accessories for digital printing), as well as strengthening business relations with new customers it met at Tecnargilla 2014. It has confirmed its participation in the next edition of Tecnargilla in Rimini from 26 to 30 September 2016, demonstrating the importance of the exhibition as an international showcase.
