World Jet presents Evo 510 Eco A.I.R.

World Jet, the Sassuolo, Italy-based company specialising in the production and distribution of industrial marking and labelling systems, has unveiled its new Evo 510 Eco A.I.R. system.

This high-definition inkjet marking system stems from research conducted over the last two years by a team led by Angelo Diciocia, owner of the company together with his brother Nicola.

The key feature of EVO 510 Eco A.I.R. is the innovative (patent pending) purge system with automatic ink recovery (hence the acronym A.I.R., Automatic Ink Recovery). One of its main advantages is the automatic head cleaning system, which guarantees high definition printing at a resolution of 180 dpi (in any direction, either top down or bottom up) and reduces ink consumption by up to 30-40% as ink is no longer lost during purging. This brings considerable cost savings and a lower environmental footprint.

The validity of World Jet's systems is confirmed by the agreement signed with System, which as of April this year has adopted Evo 510 Eco A.I.R. inkjet printing markers on its 4-Phases packaging machines.
