Xaar offers free educational seminars at Ceramics China
Xaar, the important supplier of industrial inkjet printheads, will deliver its new seminar programme for tile manufacturers on its booth (K201) at Ceramics China (29 May-1 June 2013, Guangzhou). The seminars are an important part of Xaar's ethos of enabling manufacturers to get the best value from its technology.
Digital decoration of ceramic tiles is growing rapidly as manufacturers take advantage of the considerable benefits of inkjet. To meet the industry's need for comprehensive information about the technology and how to get the most out of it, Xaar will present a series of free training seminars aimed at production and maintenance teams within ceramic tile manufacturing companies on its booth in Hall 8.1. The 20-minute seminars take place daily at 11:00 hrs, 14:00 hrs and 16:00 hrs and focus on:
- The importance of using the correct waveform and approved inks
- The importance of correct printhead handling and maintenance
- Getting the most out of your Xaar 1001-based printer
In addition, Xaar is running in-depth training sessions throughout the year at tile factories or central locations throughout China designed to meet specific needs and interests. Companies attending Xaar's Ceramics China seminars can discuss and arrange their own events with Xaar personnel during the show.
It is the revolutionary design of the Xaar 1001 printhead, with Xaar's patented TF TechnologyTM ink recirculation and Hybrid Side ShooterTM (HSSTM) architecture which has made it the printhead of choice for ceramic manufacturers. Despite other printhead manufacturers' claims about ink recirculation, only the Xaar 1001's TF TechnologyTM combined with HSSTM can deliver the high flow rate past the back of the inkjet nozzle during drop ejection for effective air bubble and particle removal. This means that they achive high levels of reliability and requiring very low maintenance. As a result, many of the world's leading tile producers have chosen printers with Xaar 1001 inkjet printheads. Today, EFI Cretaprint, Foshan Meijia Ceramic Equipment Co Ltd, Hope Ceramic Machinery Co Ltd, Intesa-Sacmi, KERAjet, New King Time Machinery, Projecta SiTi B&T, TecnoFerrari and TSC all manufacture digital ceramic tile printers that use Xaar 1001 GS6 and/or Xaar 1001 GS12 printheads. Many will show their latest Xaar-enabled printers at Ceramics China, including Intesa-Sacmi who will launch its latest third-generation, high definition Colora Hd Black printer with Xaar 1001 GS12 printheads.
