SACMI celebrates 105 years since its foundation with a day open to all and a series of acitvities dedicated to youngsters.

Just a few months after the first production expansion, Villeroy & Boch has completed a new investment in Sacmi pressure casting machines.

The new line, built by Sacmi in record time, is equipped with a new PCR 2180 Continua+ line, DHD and DDG decorating machines, a Maestro kiln, a BMR finishing line and EKO Sort.

DalTile Mexico has chosen a support and preventive maintenance service for its presses and mills.

The Brazilian ceramic group has installed a DDG digital printer alongside the existing DHD decorating machine in operation since 2022.

The innovative robotic solution for the white finishing of sanitaryware surfaces has already been adopted by around ten manufacturers in the Italian district of Civita Castellana.

With an installed power of 800 kW, the dryer can operate at full capacity using the energy from the factory’s photovoltaic roof.

The plant will begin operation at the Nules facility in spring and will produce ceramic tiles in sizes up to 3200x1600 mm. Sacmi has also supplied the drying and firing equipment.

After being the first Italian sanitaryware manufacturer to invest in Sacmi RobotClean technology, Ceramica Cielo has now purchased a second finishing cell with automatic handling equipment.
